Luke Simmons, Ph.D., is a certified sports psychologist. He runs his private practice in San Francisco and acts as a consultant for the West Coast Sports Psychology Association. Luke frequently hosts seminars on performance psychology, catering to athletes and coaches alike.
With an engaging and approachable style, Luke focuses on transforming limiting beliefs into empowering mindsets, using techniques inspired by mindfulness and positive psychology to help individuals reach their peak performance and foster resilience. A graduate of Stanford University, Luke has dedicated his career to enhancing mental toughness and supporting clients in achieving their personal best.
In March 2024, Luke embarked on a new venture, launching a series of interactive workshops designed to boost confidence and reduce anxiety among young athletes. These sessions are held at the Golden Gate Park Community Center, offering practical tools and strategies that participants can apply both on and off the field. Through his work, Luke aims to cultivate not only athletic excellence but also emotional well-being in every athlete he mentors.
